Most children have their own preferences. They want to have things that they like. Often times, the things they want are in contrast with what the parents what. However, it is a good thing for parents to give what the childern what, of corse in a certain lines.
That also goes the same with bedroom decorations. It is better to discuss it with your children first of what their room look like. It is good for the children to know that their decoration is his own idea.
Just to get you some ideas of some bedroom designs for your kids, here are some designs that you can try. Superheroes design is something that most children like. I’m sure that when you were kids yourselves, you have your own hero. Put some Batman or Spiderman posters on the wall. In addition, you can also put some action figures to decorate the desk.
If your children like animals, perhaps animal design is also good. Just remember to choose cute looking animals. You don’t want your kids to have bed dreams, right? If you want to be more creative, you can put animals on every furniture on the bedroom. You can put a lion head on top of the bed, forest paintings on the walls or hang some birds on the ceiling.
The last pattern you ca try is educational design. Put some shapes, colors that your children loves.
