How Much is Relocating?
When got to move than you got to move. But, hold on first. You can not just packed all your belongings, call the cab and leave. You have to consider a few things first, especially things that is related with the cost. Not just because you’re in a hurry, you decided to put more burden on your wallet.
Check out this cehck list I have collected about relocating:
First, you have to think of the cost of living. Is the new place more expensive? If the answer is no, than that’s good news. If the answer is yes, well think of another place to move to. Usually, the cost of housing dominates the cost of living. Some area have higher house prices than the others. And the utility expenses such as water, electricity, foods, transportation, insurance rates are also higher.
Second is moving expense. Unfortunately, you can’t load all your furniture in to a cab. You need a relocating company. Trust me, mostly it is more expensive to move it by yourself than by using a good relocating company. Especially if the distance is far.
Third, don’t forget your vehicles. Cars, boats, RV’s have different rate than normal belongings. Some people forget to add up the vehicle transfer fee into their relocating budget.
